Yes! Callengo integrates natively with 6 CRMs: HubSpot and Pipedrive (Business+), Salesforce, Zoho CRM, and Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Teams+), and Clio for legal practices (Enterprise). For other CRMs, you can use webhooks with Zapier, Make, or n8n to connect Callengo to virtually any system.
The free plan includes Google Calendar, Google Meet, Zoom, Stripe, and Google Sheets. These core integrations let you sync calendars, generate video meeting links, and export call results without upgrading.
Salesforce integration is available on Teams and Enterprise plans. Go to Settings > Integrations in your Callengo dashboard, click Connect next to Salesforce, authenticate with your Salesforce admin account, and map your Salesforce objects (Contacts, Leads, Accounts, Tasks) to Callengo fields. Call outcomes, lead scores, and activity logs sync automatically.
Yes. Google Calendar is available on all plans, and Outlook Calendar is available on Business+ plans. Both support two-way sync: confirmed, rescheduled, or cancelled appointments update your calendar automatically. Callengo also reads your calendar availability to avoid double-booking during calls.
Yes, webhooks are available on Starter+ plans. Callengo sends real-time POST requests to any URL when events occur (call completed, contact updated, appointment confirmed). You can use webhooks with Zapier, Make (Integromat), or n8n to connect Callengo to 5,000+ apps.
The Slack integration (Starter+) sends real-time notifications to your Slack channels when calls are completed. You can configure which events trigger notifications, route different campaigns to different channels, and set up custom alert formats. Great for sales teams who want instant visibility into call outcomes.
HubSpot integration is available on Business+ plans. Callengo syncs contact records, logs call activities, updates deal stages, and can trigger HubSpot workflows based on call outcomes. For example, when a lead is qualified as 'hot', Callengo can automatically update the deal stage and notify the assigned sales rep in HubSpot.
If an integration loses its connection, Callengo queues all data locally and alerts you via email and dashboard notification. Once you reconnect, all queued data syncs automatically. No data is lost during disconnection periods.
