Only the actual connected call duration counts toward your minutes. Failed connections, busy signals, and voicemails under 30 seconds are not billed. On average, calls last about 1.5 minutes when you factor in no-answers (~0.5 min), voicemails (~1.5 min), and connected calls (~2.5 min).

Yes, you can change your plan at any time from your billing dashboard. Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated billing. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing cycle so you don't lose any remaining minutes.

You'll be charged the per-minute overage rate for your plan: $0.29/min on Starter, $0.26/min on Growth, $0.23/min on Business, $0.20/min on Teams, and $0.17/min on Enterprise. You can also add a Calls Booster ($35/mo for +225 min) to avoid overage charges.

Yes! Annual billing saves you 12%, which is equivalent to getting 2 months free. For example, the Business plan goes from $299/mo to $263/mo when billed annually. You can switch between monthly and annual billing at any time.

The Free plan includes 1 locked agent. Starter gives you 1 switchable agent. Growth unlocks all 3 agents (Data Validation, Appointment Confirmation, Lead Qualification). Business, Teams, and Enterprise plans include unlimited agent access.

Core integrations (Google Calendar, Meet, Zoom, Stripe, Sheets) are included on all plans. Slack, SimplyBook.me, and Webhooks are available from Starter. HubSpot, Pipedrive, Outlook, and Teams unlock on Business. Salesforce, Zoho, Dynamics 365, and Clio are available on Teams and Enterprise.

No long-term contracts. Monthly plans are billed month-to-month and you can cancel anytime. Annual plans are billed yearly with the 12% discount but can be cancelled at renewal. Enterprise plans may have custom terms based on your needs.
